Any advice for 24 year old being pressured by doctors to have mmr vaccine.

Hello, I am hoping that someone has a experience of a GP in Bristol who might be willing to issue a prescription for the single vaccine. My eldest son had the initial single vaccination course and the booster course is due soon. My youngest son, had fits at birth and although fine now I wish him to have the single vaccinations. I have contacted my GP and asked them to look at this iste and perhaps provide us with a prescription. I received an answer today that she is not at liberty to provide me with this. When I enquired about contacting the Healthcare commission for validation of entiltlement, I was told this would make no difference as they would still not write a prescription. Please can anyone help or advise. Thankyou Shelley Edwards

Katepattle - My son had the MMR, developed serious health problems and has spent a considerable amount of time undergoing intensive care treatment and plenty of neurosurgery. Although he managed to evade death he will never be independent. I am not responsible for people deciding not to vaccine with the MMR. However, other family members, having witnessed what has happened to my son, have chosen to avoid the MMR altogether. They are too scared to take the risk that I took.
